Overview

• I am a Business Architecture Advisor at Fannie Mae, where I am currently helping lead in utilizing agile best practices, as well as leading edge technologies
• I have professional experience and expertise in project management, business analysis, agile-based digital services, process engineering, data migration, software solution design, data analysis, production support, and QA testing
• My industry expertise includes the Commercial Real Estate industry, Banking/Consumer Finance, Network Engineering system design, Cell Tower/Site Management software solution design, spectrum asset management, and Federal IT systems
• Significant experience in reviewing and authoring epic, capabilities, user stories, analyzing complex systems, processes, and databases to identify gaps, and working with all levels of management (including C-level) to both mitigate risk and provide a complete solution. I have demonstrated experience in all major areas of IT, including digital services, technical operations management, quality assurance, and production support, and process engineering
• Technical expertise includes a multitude of programming languages, database design, data analysis, data migration, IT project planning, IT project management, resource management/planning for major organizational changes, and most recently, machine learning/AI. I have led several small-to-medium sized projects, and served as technical lead for larger-scale initiatives as well.
